In 2018, they were approached to provide a complete redesign of a call centre office environment. The project not only included new furniture and fittings, but a complete revision of the way the staff worked, with a focus on the health and wellbeing of employees.

Workstations are separated by vibrantly coloured and appealing dividers, adding a splash of colour whilst allowing for focused work, without completely isolating workers. Plants are also placed strategically, bringing a calming sense of nature to the office environment. Warm and homely wooden surfaces complete the look, creating a workplace that workers feel at home in.

By creating a nice atmosphere, optimising acoustics, adding lots of green plants, fully flexible workstations and giving the possibilities per workstation to adjust light, light intensity and temperature, it makes the new call centre a real place to be.
