Year to year I can see how we make our business grow. From a position as VP China located in Shanghai, I have now got the opportunity to work as VP of Business Development in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I love the buzz and excitement of working with a variety of clients, solving problems and finding solutions. Flokk has a true vision to inspire people in the workplace and protect the planet through sustainable developments. I feel privileged to be part of such a dynamic company, with a strong leadership in place. Heading up the project team at Flokk London gives me the chance to work with the whole team. They’re a great bunch of talented individuals and dedicated to providing the best customer experience. There is a strong family atmosphere within Flokk, we are all working towards the same goal and are willing to help each other, wherever we are in the world.

My masters degree in technology management, from Trondheim Business School in Norway, turned out to be a perfect match with an internship at Flokk. Later I was really happy to get a steady job, working alongside competent colleagues all across Europe. I learn something new every day, no days are the same or boring. I enjoy how trusted I am to work with challenging, but rewarding tasks. The work environment is fantastic, allowing me to develop myself as a person.

Being a graduate in Sociology and with post-graduate diplomas in History of Art and in Photography, I love great design. The quality of design and the dedication to sustainability in Flokk are simply amazing. I really identify with Flokk values. They make a lot of sense, and have even had a positive impact on a personal level. Now, before buying something new, I always ask myself: Do I really need this? It’s definitely the best place I have worked.
